How Warwick compares
Warwick district’s 1.5% rise was ahead of Warwickshire as a whole and well ahead of England, where prices barely moved over the year:
- Stratford-on-Avon district: £396,711, up 1.3%
- Warwickshire: £308,148, up 0.5%
- West Midlands: £250,731, up 1.2%
- England: £293,525, up 0.4%
These are official averages for the whole of Warwick district, including Leamington and Kenilworth, published by HM Land Registry about two months after the month they cover. The index adjusts for the mix of homes sold, so a few expensive sales don’t skew it. Our Warwick house prices page has the two-year trend and what homes typically sold for in Warwick itself.
