Families in Warwick can keep the October half-term cheap, with children eating free at one town-centre restaurant and several free events in the Market Place. Warwickshire schools are off from Monday 26 to Friday 30 October.
Kids eat free at PizzaExpress
PizzaExpress on Jury Street is running its Holiday Heroes offer from Monday 26 October to Sunday 1 November: children under 12 eat free, with the price of a Piccolo kids’ meal taken off when an adult orders a full-priced meal. The code has to be downloaded from PizzaExpress’s website first, and terms apply. Teenagers can get a Classic pizza and a soft drink for £12 with the chain’s Teen Saver code.
It was the only kids-eat-free offer for this half-term that we found on Warwick restaurants’ websites on 19 October.
Free in the Market Place
- Pumpkin Giveaway, Tuesday 27 October, 12pm to 4pm: Warwick Town Council is handing out 500 free pumpkins, with no booking. Come early.
- Trick or Treat Twilight Market, Friday 30 October, 3pm to 8pm: the market goes Halloween-themed, with free entry.
- Market Hall Museum: the county museum in the Market Hall is free, Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm.
Cheap days out
