Warwick’s Remembrance Sunday parade and service take place on Sunday 8 November, with the procession leaving the Court House on Jury Street at 9.50am and the two minutes’ silence at the War Memorial on Church Street at 11am. Several town-centre roads close that morning, starting with Northgate Street from 6am.

Remembrance Sunday times in Warwick
- 9.50am: the procession leaves the Court House for St Mary’s Church, stopping briefly at the War Memorial on the way, for the church service.
- 10.50am: the procession leaves St Mary’s and gathers at the War Memorial.
- 11am: two minutes’ silence, then the laying of wreaths.
- 11.15am: the formal parade sets off from Church Street on a march around the town-centre roads.
Everyone is welcome to watch. The War Memorial is the stone spire on Church Street, by the Old Library, so arrive in good time if you want to see the wreath-laying.
Road closures on Sunday 8 November
Warwick District Council’s listing gives this schedule:
- 6am to 1.30pm: Northgate Street. This shuts off the one-way loop, so Church Street, Old Square and New Street are closed too.
- From 11.15am until the parade has passed: Jury Street (at Castle Street and The Butts), High Street (at West Street and Bowling Green Street), Swan Street (at Brook Street and New Street), Brook Street (at Swan Street) and the Market Place between Market Street and Old Square.

Armistice Day: Wednesday 11 November
A short service will be held at the War Memorial from 10.45am to 11.15am on Armistice Day, Wednesday 11 November. Church Street will be closed from 8am to midday.
